Cancellation Policy

All appointments are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Changes to appointments made within 24 hours will result in a fee of $25.

Cancelling the day of your appointment will result in 50% the service price being charged.

Cancelling at the time of, or failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment will result in the full cost of the appointment being charged.

Ater a last minute cancellation, a 50% deposit is require to book any future appointments.  

 

 

Late Policy

Appointments are booked with enough time for your application and set up/sanitizing time only.

Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late, a new appointment will need to be scheduled to give you the appropriate time for your lash appointment and a fee will be charged based on forfeiting your appointment.
